    Nonemployee compensation do you have to pay taxes?
    When you only get your tax form and it says you're a nonemployee do you have to pay out for the social security abd medicare tax they didn't take out?

    Yes; you pay that portion of the tax as self-employment tax at 15.3% using Schedule SE.
