    Preganancy
Hi all, I'm taking colmifene as prescribed by my doctor, I was wondering how sucsessful the tablets are?
Also will I get pregnant easier than not taking them at all? Me and my partner have been trying for a baby for about a year or more now and finally we're actually getting help from the doctor.

Colmifene (Clomid) can be quite successful for some women. Some women will become pregnant in the first cycle, but often times it may take several cycles, and possibly a change in dosage as well. All of that would be determined by your doctor.

Did they determine that you aren't ovulating? If you aren't ovulating on your own, then you would not be able to become pregnant, so if you had testing done to find out that you were not ovulating, then the Colmifene is often the next step.

Hi thanks for you reply :-) the doctor didn't really mention about me ovulating. Basically I'm very irregular when it comes to my period so when I'm actually on its hard to work out when I'm ovulating so I'm taking clomiphene to try and help me ovulate and hopeflly get pregnant :-)
