I have a friend who is on probation and am wondering if the officers had a right to distory a few of his daggers and things is that even legel? If not what can he do about out it?

What are the rules of his probation regarding them, if any.

Where were they destroyed ? Did they do a home search ?
Did he carry them into the PO office
