This is the most I can remember:

There is a person that hears a noise behind a wall, I am thinking they are a man and they are in a hotel room. (maybe ever 2 guys). SO Hotel room, 2 guys hear a noise behind a wall, they start to either break through the wall with something or they find a secret door. They then find a staircase leading down to a dark open room where there is a girl on some kind of table or alter or something with some satanic like dude standing over her. I think they save her or something. Sorry this is such a horrible description but that movie scene has been stuck in my head for years, I think I was it when I was like 5. So it would be a movie/tv show made before 1992
