At school our schedules changed and now my friend has lunch with me. The thing is that my other friends don't really like her. She asks me to wait for her so we can walk to lunch but my other friends don't want to cause it's far and we get last in line if we go that way. So I don't know what to tell her.

Is she your friend?

If she is, why not let the others keep you both seats?

It's a compromise, your others friends get to go ahead, you get to walk and catch up with your other friend and you all spend lunch together.

Ask yourself, does it matter what your friends think or what you think? You like her... if they can't respect that,perhaps you should reconsider them as friends.
