    Only if they are carried in your pocket out of plain view.


    Now of course... the person who is able to design and build a rail gun that small will be able to afford his own small country when he sells the design to the highest bidder.

    Thanks! So I have to keep it in plain view if I'm moving it from place to place! So you are talking about coil gun /rail gun yea?

    Yeah... they are real big items... not at all portible... if you manage to be the guy to design one small enough to carry... I want to be your best buddy because you are going to be loaded when you sell that patent.

    Now unless what you are actually talking about is something different... then please elaborate further. I suspect what you are talking about and what I understand from your post... could be different things.
