Ok so a few months ago, I met up with an old friend of mine and she had other friends along with her. The day after, one of the guys kept commenting on my pictures on Facebook saying I was cute. He added me on msn, so naturally, I accepted it. We talked for awhile and he asked me out. I answered back saying that I didn't want to be in a long distance relashinship and he was fine. Today, he asked me out again, saying I was cute and id be the perfect girlfriend. I told him again, I really didn't want to be in a relashinship at the moment. And he was fine with it. But, he's coming doen some time this spring and he told me he wanted a hug so I said sure. A few seconds later he said and maybe a little bit more. I hope you see where I'm getting at. I don't like him, but he's really sensible and quite persistent and I don't want to hurt his feelings... Please help me! Im 14 years old.

Just tell him that you don't like him.

His feelings are going to get hurt one way or the other, the least you can do is be straight-forward and honest.

Yeah, this guy seems way too pushy. You don't say how old he is, I hope he's not much older, the 'ick factor' would greatly increase.

When you say you don't want to be in a long distance relationship, he will think "Okay, she would want to be with me when we are close. Like when I visit."

When you say you don't want a relationship right now, he will think "Okay well I am not visiting for a while, she might want one by then."

It really is best to tell him you don't like him. You can do it nicely without being wishy washy and giving him the wrong impression. Tell him he's nice but not your type.

Most of all when he comes and visits, don't let him push you into doing anything that makes you uncomfortable. You don't even have to hug him to be nice.
