I have an item that has been at my place of business (in Mississippi)since 9/4/09 and I have contacted the owner to pick it up and the item is still here. What action do I need to take to get this item off my property? Thanks

What type of signs, notice on reciepts do you have.

When they leave the item what notice do you give them?

How have you contacted the owner of this item and what type of notice did you give them, ( time frame to move it)
