I've done two home pregnancy tests and then have both been positive but over the past five days I've has some light to heavy bleeding I'm really worried because I had a miscarrage two years ago and I'm scared that the same thing is happening again

Go to your maternity hospital. Heavy bleeding in pregnancy is not good. It is possible it's a miscarriage, but you need to get it checked.
