I read this book probably more than 30 years ago, I have no idea of the title or the author. The book is about a man (I believe his name to be Tony) who holds the city of New York hostage by threatening to blow up a building if the 4th horse in the 4th race on the 4th of July does not win the race. Any help in finding this book would be greatly appreciated
