Hi... I have a pink circle inside my cheek just along side my lower molars. It is rather large and is almost a complete circle. It feels like my normal cheek, however, the lining of the cirle is slightly raised, almost like it's a small sore that has started to spread. If I touch my tongue to it, it has a taste like I have a sore from biting my cheek. However, there is absolutely no pain. I have had it for a couple of weeks now. I'm wondering if I'm subconciously chewing on my cheek at night. Is this something that I need to go have checked out?

There has been one post two years ago. No update. If you have a problem it is better to see a doctor than try to diagnose yourself online.
