Old "candy world" cartoon?
There was an old cartoon, I watched it when I was little (born 1985) the quality of the cartoon was about as advanced as "Popeye the Sailor" cartoons I guess. I remember rain of candy which the 2 kids collect with flowers, like cups, and ice cream that grows in a field of flowers and you can grab the cone and a new one would grow. Maybe there was a part about a horse carousel like a marry go round...
Does this sound familiar to anyone? I really need to find that cartoon!
