I'm using SE cable size 4/0 AL coming from the back of the meter box to the bottom of the panel in a 6" wall going through one crner which is closed with double studs from both sides .the problem is there is not enough room to bend the cable and to fish through this corner . What is the best & easiest way to get it done right ? This is my first expiriance in resdintial work all my experience in the commercial work.

Sounds like meter is on one wall and panel is on another wall 90 degrees corner.

Keep in mind that SE cable has a maximum bending radius allowed per the national Electric Code:

338.24 Bending Radius. Bends in Types USE and SE cable shall be so made that the cable will not be damaged. The radius of the curve of the inner edge of any bend,
During or after installation, shall not be less than five times the diameter of the cable.


You may be better served installing exposed conduit and fittings between both, but hard to tell or describe without having a better idea what you have to work with.

If you do manage to conceal the SE cable in the wall, be sure to use nail protector plates to prevent an nails or screws from damaging the cable.
Post some photos of what you have.

The best way to do this is to notch the studs with a sawzall only cutting as deep as you need. After running the cable, put steel mending plates over the notches.

Do you absolutely have to come out the rear of the meter?

If not, suggest coming out of bottom of meter with conduit, to below floor level then turn and go through the foundation or basement wall, then back up adjacent wall to breaker panel. If basement you should be able to drill through floor joist to keep cable above the basement ceiling. This way you avoid hard bends..
