To day the hot water from the powder room stopped working the faucets are new just put in few weeks ago. I un hooked the faucets from the water supply. Faucet seem to be working ( cold is working fine ). Turned the valve to the hot water on (slowly) and nothing no water at all. Every other faucet in the house works strong pressure. Emptied the hot water tank to make sure no sediment was building up all good. Going to change the valve tomorrow. Any other advice??

Not sure which valve you are talking about here "Turned the valve to the hot water on (slowly) and nothing " Do you mean you opened the supply line connection under the sink and then opened that valve (stop cock.) That's what I would do. Your aerator is fine so no need to check that but the hot supply inlet lin could be plugged at the stop or at the cartridge
