Hi I married my turkish husband in 2007 we have 3 children together me and my children are british after I married I returned to uk husband was denied a visa twice I have not had any contact physical contact with my husband since we were married he doesn't send money to look after his children I work full time to provide for my children he does however speakto them on the phone I now want to get divorced as I feel I have wasted 4 years of my life I now have evidence his cheated however I'm worried what will happen with custody of my children does he have any rights over them my children have turkish ID cards does this change anything thanks in advance
