A horror movie about a Puritan society inhabiting a ruined city
I'm trying to find the title of a horror movie, made fairly recently, say within the last 8 or 10 years, about a woman searching for her daughter with the help of a female motorcycle cop, who follow the little girl through the ruins of a burned out city which is inhabited by a Puritan cult who tortures and kills anyone they deem evil.
