I'm curently 4 months pregnant and also a paraplegic and I can't completely feel my vagina so I was wondering if it was dangerous for my baby to have really rough sex? It doesn't seem to hurt but I also can't feel everything normaly

Unless you were doing something pretty outrageous, baby is well protected. Your partner may certainly hit cervix, but he won't hit baby. Certainly, depending on your definition of rough sex, there is the potential to cause you damage even if you can't feel it.
If the two of you are concerned, just keep things under control.
