Hi I am indian citizen and holding a tourist visa for 20days for europe and my two kids are u.s.a citizen.we are in italy and wants to change of our visa statusbecause kids want to study in school and I want to work here.is there any possibility to change visa status?

Fat chance... seriously. I have legal status to live and work in Italy and have for over 20 years.I have inlaws there so I am intimately familiar with what's going on there in this area there... they have seriously clamped down on illegal immigration... and immigration in general. What you want to do they are going to be VERY resistant to do.

What YOU want to do really has no bearing here... because its not your home country, and you have no rights to demand that.

All you can do is apply... but don't expect a positive answer.
