@bomshika, this website lays out extradition to and from Ireland. It seems rather recent being published in June of 2010 and includes the EU. Your safe in the any muslem country, stay away from oz and the usa. Depends on what you done but south america other than mexico and brazil is good. Bosina serbia and russia are good.england has no treaty but a european arrest warrant could bring problems
