I am 23, and have not had a period since October 2010, I am not pregnant. What could be some reasons for me having no period at all?

Hormone imbalance is the most likely reason for missing that many if you are not pregnant. Before October, did you usually have regular cycles?
A visit to your doctor for some testing would be wise.
