I have been bleeding bright red for 2 weeks before my period and have been having a headache for every single day for 3 weeks now. I am not pregnant and have had regular periods since I been on the same BC since I been 13 and I am 28

Anytime you have irregular bleeding for that long it is wise to see your doctor. It may be a change in BC would help, but certainly they will check for reasons that could be causing the prolonged bleeding.

I would check with a doctor. You may need to change you because. It could be caused by stress, other medication, weight fluctuations. etc. But get checked out just to make sure.
