Ok I am 38 Years old. Had twin boys by surprise 20 months ago. Bled for almost a year solid. Dr gave me hormone stuff once a month, helped for a short time, approx 4 months yet still had two periods a month approx 7-8 days with huge amounts of clotting. Now I am back to having a solid flow daily and have for almost 2 months again. What do I do? I am very depressed, Marriage is getting awful and I am just at my wits end.

You need to go back to your OB with your complaints.

Then go to your local maternity hospital. This is not normal, and seems to be connected to your birth.

You must get treated, losing a lot of blood is dangerous.
