Depending on the scale used, it is towards the higher end of normal... which has quite a range. Do you have diabetes or have you been tested for gestational diabetes? That can sometimes cause higher end levels.
If a follow-up, such as having an ultrasound done, was not suggested your doctor is fine with where you are at. They will likely reassess, as levels can fluctuate and may choose to do a scan to verify all is well.
