Hello Sir,

This is a strange situation. I got married last year in September (2010) in AP (INDIA). I hold an Australian passport and therefore citizen of Australian from the past 10 years. We got married and girls parents don't want to apply for visa to come to australia and asking me to come back home which is not possilble. Now their parents and the girl want a divorce and also I want the divorce as soon as possible. I was just spend time for week after marriage and everything went fine. Now the parents are planning to demand money using flase information. I have 2 questions:
Q1: According to indian law what's the minimum time to apply.
Q2: In this situation we have proofs from their own family that I am good.

Please help me or let me know if you want any other information. I am stressed totally with this.
