15 months ago had a c-section and my stomach hasn't been the same I have a pooch! The skin is even droopy and unfirm! I need to flatten a tightin! Also probably could loose 10 or 12lbs so I need an exersise plan that shows quick and dramatic results and a simple diet for some one who doesn't want to give up their food! any suggetions?

It's all about the diet. Exercise will help you look and feel good, but losing weight takes a good diet.

Try cutting back on the white carbs (sugar, bread, pasta, rice, potato, box cereals) and eating more protein, healthy fats and green vegetables. Cut out the snacks, soda, junk food and ready meals. Eat when you are hungry, and not unless you are hungry.

Lots of walking will help to get you back in shape, especially if you are pushing a stroller at the same time. Cycling is great too, put a baby seat on the back of your bike and take your baby with you.

If you can, then join a gym and ask your trainer to give you a workout based on compound exercises like squat, deadlift, bench press. Those exercises work your abs as well as your legs and butt. The answer to a pooch is not endless crunches. At best, all that will happen is you will end up with strong stomach muscles hidden under a layer of fat.

Make sure there is plenty of oily fish in your diet. Not only does it have quality protein, but the omega 3 fats are great for keeping your skin tight.

It features an interesting diet plan as well as some effective abdominal workouts.
