Is there any way I can get a passport while on felony probation
I'm on probation for property damage charge in the amount of 40k. I don't see myself paying this off anytime soon. I just want to leave and not come back. Is there anyway I can get a passport without alerting the authorities or how can I get out the country with just state license and birth certificate.

You are in the system on probation, and the "authorities" are who gives you the passport.

Next you want to move to some third world county, with no job ( and I assume no real money or you could pay back 40,000 dollars0

How about being responsible for your actions, changing your way ( running is not a change) and behave as someone who is sorry for their crime, not just sorry they got caught

If you DO leave the USA just how do you suppose you'll be getting on a plane to go to another country? Are you planning on driving instead? When do you think you'll be coming back? If you do somehow get out of the USA and live in another country remember you can't reenter the USA as you will have a warrant out for you that never expires. Is this what you want?

I would not be flying. I'm fully aware of the security measures pertaining to U.S. flight. I was thinking along the lines of taking a cruise ship to a U.S. territory (i.e. Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands). I'm not concerned with reentering.

To reply to your response let me start by saying I do have a plan and a destination. My primary concern is leaving the U.S. and the security checks surrounding this issue. 40k I can pay, but 40k was not damage. Found that out after I signed. They lied

After entering the U.S. territory I can handle it from there. I just need to get off mainland
