    UCC1 and lien against real property
    In addition to the UCC1 filing what type of lien do I need to record against real property to perfect the process

    Exactly what type of lien did you have in mind? A UCC1 is a lien for specific contents and fixtures. It's usually used in a commercial setting.

    Which process do you want to perfect?

    In all states, as far as I know, one can file a judgment in the same place one files deeds, mortgages, etc. This is frequently a county clerk. The recorded judgment normally constitues a lien against real estate owned by the judgment debtor.
