Check the phone book - the Erie or Niagara County medical associations are good reference points, also hospitals often have referral lists.

The cardiologist will be more difficult.

Who told you that you have heart problems related to the accident? That is the person who should make the referral. Is there a reason you are switching from your original Physician to someone else for the no-fault problems?

Last question - were no fault forms filed within 30 days?
