96 accord no spark, no gas, I ck main relay, ck computer, ck distributor, ck coil, ck timing, trying to ck for codes but the scanner give a error reading. Don't now what to do next help please thanks a lot.

Does the CEL come on and go off after 2 seconds, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II)? If the CEL stays on, as I suspect, the ECM is likely toast. Be sure to perform the K-Test on the ECM.
