Right before you get into the hole of the vagina.. on the outer part.. I discovered a hard, small round lump... actually it feels good to scratch a bit.. not painful but it seems to be growing.. it scares me... what could it be? I am 36. As with any lump its important to get checked out by your doctor. It could be anything. But is its firm and growing at a reguler rate it could be a cyst. They can become very painful and must be handled properly. See your doctor right away as we have no way of knowing what it really is.
