My boyfriend has been on probation for about 2months for manufactoring, he got arrested last Friday for probation violation because there was weed in his roommates room and plus he had a little trace of weed in his system how long can he get this is only his 1st offense on breaking his probation!

He "can" be sent to prison for his entire sentence, ( how many years is it)

Most likely they keep him in jail till the hearing. Judge most likely will put him back on probation, when he goes to the hearing, most likely stay in jail for at least a few weeks, waiting on a hearing
