I have naturally light brown hair, but I dye it blond. Normally a darkish blond with bits of platinum. Recently, it got dark on the bottom and right under the top layer of hair. I bleached my hair at home like I always do. This time I did it looks almost white. It. Looks. Terrible. . The other thing is I don't have the money right now to go to the salon. I've heard when you have do it in stages, like dye it red and then brown to not have any weird green color. I also don't want my hair to fall out. How exactly do you darken bleached hair safely at home?
