Well I've known him since high school. We dated, like for a year then, and he moved on to another school and state. We just get back in contact with each other, and we have been doing this off and on for 6 or 7 years. We stopped talking 5 months ago because no matter how he said he cared because he was showing me how much he cared, I always felt suspicious. Now he says he hopes he hears from me after 5 months.. Im currently in a heaven sent relationship and I'm finally learning to trust again.. I don't want to be his friend because he doesn't deserve it. My question is should I email him back or never speak to him again?

Hi! Thanks, I guess because he was my first and I let him in too close.. and therefore it still hurts that I'm not with him. But your answer is awesoomee,your right why would I email him, deep down I knew I wasn't going to;)
