Im writing a paper for school, and this is the topic. I know that staffing is a big challenge, but what are some other challenges?

I'm not a Nurse - but I hear Nurses (and Doctors) complaining all the time about computerized records. It appears they prefer the old "pen and paper" method and don't have the time, energy, interest in learning a computerized system.
