The movie I am searching for has a female lead. The character is a smoker who is on a mission to find a girl who is the cure for a disease She has a fake eye. I know at one point in the movie there is a fight in an arena where she kills an armored person. After that there is a huge car chase where she and a group are running from this gang. After the chase she meets up with this govenmnet type who takes the girl she searched for and offers her a job which she refuses. She records him saying that he will I think he was going to let the disease rage on or that he was the cause of it? I am also pretty sure it was release in 2010.
