My brother was wrongfully convicted of rape, and he took the deal to be on probation, for 5 years, and go to the sex offender treatment program. He got discharged from the program because he pass the polygraph test. The court said it was imadmissiable in court. I don't understand that. He is still struggling with it.

I don't understand what you and your brother DON'T understand... You don't think, do you, that because he passed a polygraph test that his conviction will be reversed, do you?? Well, as you're finding out, it won't... In fact, AFTER a guilty plea, there's NO relief available from the courts any longer. You can't appeal a guilty verdict, and you can't change your mind about pleading guilty... All this was explained to him WHEN he plead guilty.

Tell me what I'm missing.
