I'm a 23 year old I'm married with 2 kids stable housing and work. My mom is having an affair and my dad will be seeking a divorce. My mom has not worked in 10+ years and has nowhere to go and no way to care for my sisters. My dad is more stable but works very long hours and has a drinking problem, also he would have his mother raise them and she is mental ill. My other adult sister and I would like to see them with me where they can have a stable safe home. Is there any chance I would be able to get them?

You can get guardianship if both parents agree and will sign the appropriate forms (in your State).

I will guess you are not considering adoption. If you are both would need to consent to the adoption.
