Hi I wanted to ask a question for a nurse or doctor, I recently went to the bathroom and I had to go number two and it hurt and when I wiped there was blood on the tissue and I looked in the toilet and there was blood in the toilet what should I do? Should I go see a doctor?

If this is bright red blood there should be little concern as it is most likely due to a hemorrhoid issue.

Is this bright red blood or dark blood?
