Straight to the point the mother pop pills and smokes weed she is always dropping the kids off with other people and never does her part with paying the rent because of her habits what should we aunt and grandmother do concerning this my brother wants his children but we just don't know the right way about doing it this

First, please don't piggyback your question onto someone else's. When you do, it makes it harder for us to find and answer your question because it gets lost in the thread.

Second, there are a LOT of questions which have to be answered before we can even attempt to give you decent advice on this situation.

Is your brother the legal father of the children? Has he been established by either a court-ordered DNA test or by signing a paternity acknowledgment? If not, he needs to take that first step - otherwise he has no legal standing.

Who do the children live with now? Is there a court order granting your brother any rights to the children? Is he or was he married to the mother?
