The problem is when I pull back the foreskin... some of it is just stuck to the tip of the penis, and I am baffled and confused on what I should do because I don't want to hurt or permanently damage myself in any way, please give me some answers as me and my girlfriend want to get intimate and this is seeming like a large problem, please help me.

As opposed to what usually appears to stick? I assume this can't be the first time in your life you've pulled it back... you do have to wash it after all.

Assuming you never got the glue confused with the personal lubricant tube.
