How to change a lightbulb in a ceiling fan/light fixture
OK, I know this is a stupid question but I'm a new homeowner. I have a ceiling fan and the lights are out. There is a glass bulb thing over the light bulbs. How do I get at the light bulbs? I tried pulling the glass off and that didn't work. It doesn't seem like unscrewing it works either. Don't ask who made it, I have no clue. (Did I mention I HATE being a homeowner?? )

    Thanks.:(

There may be little screws that need to be loosened on the glass bulb covers. Loosen those and try to remove them.

If are not screws, the glass itself will rotate and drop out. It may require some pressure.

Very carefully, spray WD40, then put on dishwashing gloves or rubber gloves, and with tips of fingers, lightly, tug COUNTER CLOCK WISE TILL IT STOPS AND COMES DOWN.
