I have taken 5 home pregnancy tests. All have came back negative however I am 6 days late and having symptoms such as breast tenderness, tiredness, breast fulliness, and discharge from my vagina. The discharge is so bad I feel like when it happens I started my period but when I go to the bathroom nothing. Is there a chance I could be pregnant and the test isn't picking it up because there isn't enough of the hormone in my urine yet?

It's possible... maybe give it another week and see if your period is just late. If still no period at that time, try another test... following the directions exactly. If negative, you could then either wait until next month and see if your period shows (skipping one here and there sometimes happens), or you could see your doctor about having a blood test done to confirm.
