I was given a ticket for marijuana possession in SF three years ago. I paid the $125 ticket, and want to know if my conviction will have been dismissed and my record expunged by now? I live out of state. Any one know what's up?

No, there is no automatic dismssal of a conviction nor is there an automatic expungement.
