"I live in wisconsin,and am trying to repair my creditI have a judgement from 2008 that was recorder against my corporation and me personally,Can this be removed from my personal file .I have proof that the bills were in the corporate name and the judgement was settled with funds from the corp,Insurance certs were sent to the corp,The corp was in existance for over 20 years and all my transactions were threw the corp,My lawyer told me if I was going to claim personal bk it wouldent mater but apparently it does effect my credit,any advice would be appreacieted"

If the judgement was filed and you accepted it under both names it is under both names. When they filed it under both names, why did you not dispute the court action and ask for it to be just under corp name
