I was just recently around a friend smoking marijuana but I did not smoke will it show up in a hair drug test?

My research says it will not. I hear this argument in the Courtroom all the time but so far I've never been there when a Judge/DA/Probation Officer has believed it.

OK Ya I haven't dne drug in many years but other day I was in vehicle with friend who smoked and he leaset had curtisy to roll window down little. And I just have a huge opportunity coming up in few weeks that will reguire a hair test. And I was concrn

I can't find any information that says even heavy smoking around you will affect YOUR test. I really do hear this in Court all the time ("I wasn't smoking, it was my friend") and so far nobody has believed it - so it must not be true.

I realize that's not your situation and you have the reverse (you really weren't smoking) but it does lend credibilty to the research.

OK TY so much I just really wanted some reasurance I just don't want to miss this opportunity. No you I know what you mean sure people use that all time for excuse but you I swear on everything I haven't I don't want to jepordize this..
