Hi my name is Danielle and I am 18 years old. I am a senior in high school and living with my sister. She filed for guardianship of me when I was a minor. I turned 18 on September 1, 2010. I am wanting to move out of her house and move in with my boyfriend. But she says that I can not move out because she has guardianship over me until I am 21. Is it true that she can have custody of me until I am 21 or is she just lying through her teeth?
