I just bought a 3 yr old (used)Fridgidaire Affinity stackable dryer and got it home plugged it in and it has a terrible rubbing and bumping nose. I pulled the top cover off and it appears that the drum/basin is rubbing on the casing. Like it is off center. So it has a medal rubbing noise and the bumping noise. I cannot see why it is off center or how to adjust the bowl/basin whatever it is called back to center. I have read that there are rollers that support the drum and they can either slip or wear out. Please help.. A fix it guy will probably want to charge me a ton to replace un-needed things on it.

Replace the drum rollers. There was a very similar post a couple of days ago with the same problem.
