I use a blindfold every morning, not at night, I don't need it at night as the room is pitch dark. Every night I wake up at least twice, once around 2 am, and then another around 5am, when I wake up at 5 am is when I put on the blind fold since the sun seeps through my blinds.

So my question is, do you think using this blindfold every morning to keep it pitch dark will make me dependent on it? As in, I will eventually always need it to be pitch dark to fall asleep if I keep using it every morning like this?
