    Excel Links to another spreadsheet
I read a reply from JBeaucaire regarding a same issue. Please forgive me - I'm not familiar with formuals. I tried JBeaucaire's answer step by step and it didn't work.
Source spreadsheet name: 2010-2011 Dealer Training Records.xlsx
Destination spreadsheet name: March 3-5 Roster, 1.20.11.xlsx
    Cells to link: A3:Z32
My formula looked like this: =[2010-2011 Dealer Training Records.xlsx]3.3.11!$A$3
I placed this in the destination spreadsheet in an unused cell. Any suggestions?

There are more responses in your original thread.

This formula should probably have some apostrophes in there, too, hard to see, but they're there:

    ='[2010-2011 Dealer Training Records.xlsx]3.3.11'!$A$3
