The gfci trips once and a while when I turn the fan off,the power black and white are connected to the line,the fan white is connected to the load the black from the load is jumped to one side othe switch and the othter side of swicth to the fan

Why are you running fan through GFI? Not necessary. Sometimes GFIs and motors do not get along. Move fan to line side of GFI.
